Terms of Service

1. Agreement to the terms

By creating an account or using trendslop.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by VEUGA Network LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "Trendslop"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Trendslop is a production-readiness audit tool for code repositories, particularly those generated by AI builders. The Service provides:

• Ship Audit: automated checks against your connected GitHub repository for security, configuration, and production-readiness findings
• Auto-fix: for supported findings, the Service can open pull requests on your repository with proposed fixes or step-by-step instructions
• A web dashboard for managing audits, credits, and connected accounts

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days in advance.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to audit, build, or host anything illegal in Wyoming, the United States, or your jurisdiction
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our proprietary code or models
• Resell, rebrand, or relabel the Service without a written reseller agreement
• Use the Service in connection with CSAM, weapons of mass harm, malware, surveillance tools targeting individuals, or anything designed to deceive consumers
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation (DDoS, abuse of credits, automated probing, etc.)
• Use the Service to audit repositories you don't have authorization to access

5. Credits and billing

The Service runs on a credit model. Credits are consumed when the Service performs audits or opens fix pull requests on your behalf. Pricing is published at trendslop.ai/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; you'll retain access until the end of the period you've paid for. We do not refund partial periods. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase, or upon termination of your account, whichever comes first.

6. Your code and data

You retain all ownership of your code, your repository contents, your audit results, your customer data, and anything else you upload or connect ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to process Your Content only to provide the Service to you. We do not, will not, and contractually cannot:

• Train our models — or any third party's models — on Your Content
• Sell, share, or rent Your Content to any third party
• Access Your Content except as needed to operate the Service or as legally required

7. Third-party services

To do its job, the Service connects to third-party platforms — including GitHub (via the Trendslop GitHub App you install), and uses AWS, Stripe, Clerk, Supabase, and Anthropic as data processors as described in our Privacy Policy. Each of those services has its own terms which apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for outages, billing changes, or data handling by those third parties.

8. Availability

We target 99% monthly uptime for the dashboard and API on a best-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual SLA with service credits on Hobby, Starter, or Pro plans. Team and Enterprise plans may include SLA terms negotiated separately.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Ship Audit will catch every security issue, configuration error, or compliance gap in your code. Audit results are best-effort static analysis; you remain solely responsible for the security, legality, and correctness of your application, the data you collect, your compliance obligations, and your relationship with your own users and customers.

Auto-fix pull requests are best-effort code generation that you must review and test before merging. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from merging a fix that breaks your code, deployment, or customer experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of VEUGA Network LLC to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us during that period, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEUGA Network LLC, its officers, members, and employees from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) your code or content audited or hosted through the Service, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service to harm others. Except in cases of severe abuse or legal requirements, we'll give you written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure the violation first.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VEUGA Network LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
